Our Full Service Planning & Coordination is designed for the newly engaged couple who want to enjoy the time leading up to their wedding and not be bogged down with the countless hours of work required to plan their wedding.  Our Full Service Package includes the Coordination of the Rehearsal, Ceremony, Photo Shoot & the Reception.  It begins with a consultation held 12 - 18 months before your wedding.

• Assist with the selection of a colour scheme, style or theme
• Vendor Research and Selection
• Appointment Management
• Contract/Payment Schedule Negotiation and Review
• Monthly Progress Meetings
• Wedding Stationery Assistance
• Marriage License Information
• Guest Accommodations
• Preparation of the Rehearsal and Wedding Day Schedule for both the Wedding Party and the Vendors
• Rehearsal Coordination
• Vendor arrival and setup supervision
• Ceremony Planning & Coordination
• Supervision of the Photo Shoot ensuring that all requested photos have been taken
• Having a "Be Prepared" Kit on hand for emergencies
• Reception Planning & Coordination
• Coordinating the collection of the gifts received on the wedding day
• Coordination of Wedding Related Parties:  Engagement Parties, Bridal Showers, Bridesmaid Luncheon, Bachelorette Parties, Rehearsal Dinner, Day After Brunch

Every wedding is unique, as are the services chosen by our clients.  Our fee is tailored to meet our clients' individual needs.  It is determined by the Bride & Groom and the Coordinator at the initial consultation and can be charged in one of two ways:  a percentage of the total wedding budget or a flat fee.  The initial consultation is free.
